Diagnose before retrying.

Confirm the connection

Open Integrations in Atlas and check the exact workspace, account and destination shown for the provider. A connected account and a ready delivery destination are separate states.

Run the safe verification

Use the provider-specific verification shown in Atlas. Test actions never establish customer delivery proof unless the provider accepts the action and Atlas retains the matching audit receipt.

Check delivery evidence

Review the latest delivery or artifact receipt before retrying. Keep the same source identity so Atlas can prevent avoidable duplicates.

Escalate without secrets

Send the provider, UTC time, Atlas workspace, source record and visible error code. Never email access tokens, signed webhook URLs, API keys or customer content.

Permission and delivery boundaries

  • API or MCP access does not authorize Atlas to send through a connected provider.
  • Each Microsoft 365 capability has its own consent and destination readiness state.
  • Google Workspace uses app-managed files and the permissions shown during authorization.
  • Jira, Confluence, Asana and Notion actions use the destination selected in Atlas.
  • Revoking a provider connection stops new actions but does not delete objects already created in that provider.
